Southwestern Christian University is a private Pentecostal university in Bethany, Oklahoma, United States. Founded in 1946 as Southwestern Bible College in Oklahoma City, it was the first Pentecostal educational institution in Oklahoma. It began as a Bible college affiliated with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church to train Christian church leaders, with plans to expand into a junior college.
