Paul Quinn College is a private historically Black Methodist college in Dallas, Texas, affiliated with the African Methodist Episcopal Church. It is described as the oldest historically Black college west of the Mississippi River and the nation's first urban work college, and it is home to the WE over ME Farm, established through a partnership with PepsiCo to bring healthy food to a Dallas food desert.
