Capital University is a private university in Bexley, Ohio, founded in 1830 as the Theological Seminary of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod of Ohio. It offers undergraduate and graduate programs along with a law school and seminary, and is described as the oldest university in central Ohio and one of the oldest and largest Lutheran-affiliated universities in North America.
