The University of Life Sciences in Lublin is a higher education institution in Poland that brings together agricultural, biological, veterinary, technical, and socioeconomic sciences. Established in 1955 through the separation of faculties from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, it traces its institutional origins to faculties created in 1944 and adopted its current name in 2008 after previously being known as the Lublin Higher School of Agriculture and the Lublin Agricultural Academy.
