University of Education Ludwigsburg

The Ludwigsburg University of Education is an institution of higher education in Ludwigsburg, Germany, whose origins trace to the Stuttgart Pedagogical Institute, founded in 1946. It became a university of education in 1962 and moved to Ludwigsburg in 1966. The university trains educators for several types of schools, offers an M.Sc. in Professional Education, and conducts academic programs, research projects, and doctoral studies jointly with universities in Stuttgart and Tübingen.
